Watch for MISA Board Elections

MISA members will soon receive ballots to elect two new members to the Board of Directors. One director will be elected from each of the public and private sectors. The following candidates will be on the ballot:
Public: Anicia Richardson, Indiana Office of Tourism
Anica Richardson is Marketing and Tourism Sales Manager for the Indiana Office of Tourism Development. She graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelors of Science degree in marketing. As an intern with the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association, Anicia became an advocate for Tourism. Anicia has seven years of experience with the Indiana Office of Tourism Development and works closely with the Indiana Department of Transportation on Welcome Center development projects and sign policy issues.
Private; Bobby Brown, Interstate Highway Sign Corporation
Bobby Brown is President and CEO of Interstate Signways, Little Rock, AR. The company is a leading domestic manufacturer of highway guide signs, logo signs, wayfinding and architectural signage.
Past experience includes serving as co-founder and CEO of Syair Designs, a design and engineering firm of solid state lighting systems for the aviation market. Prior to that, Bobby was CEO of Audio International, the leading engineering and manufacturing company of cabin management systems for the general aviation industry. He has also been Vice President, Marketing, of Inland Material Distribution Group and President/COO of AFCO Metals, a leading metal service center company.
Bobby has a Masters of Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Texas, Austin, and a Bachelors of Arts, Chemistry, from the University of Arkansas. He is married to wife Kathleen and has four children. He enjoys fly fishing, bird shooting and golf. He serves on numerous civic and business organization boards and committees.
